In collaboration with C.A.T.S. NV in Curaçao as the designer. Pilothouse made the technical drawings for the building permit.

This multiple unit commercial building houses five commercial units, of which Superstore Bonaire is by far the largest. The building also has two identical floor-manager apartments for the managers of the Superstore.

Pilothouse drew the building-permit drawings and will draw the building drawing set in the future after the permit is granted.
